TikTok Account Data: When you connect your TikTok account, we receive an access token and basic profile information (display name, open ID) as authorized by TikTok's API.
Content Data: Videos and metadata you schedule or publish through the Service.
Usage Data: Logs of publishing activity, errors, and timestamps for operational purposes.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information solely to:

Authenticate your connected TikTok account
Publish content to your TikTok profile as you direct
Maintain logs for troubleshooting and audit purposes

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. TikTok API Data

StreamsPost uses the TikTok for Developers API. Data obtained through the TikTok API is used only to provide the core publishing functionality and is not used for any other purpose. We comply with TikTok's Platform Policy regarding data use and storage.

StreamsPost requests the following TikTok API permissions:

user.info.basic — reads your TikTok Open ID and display name to confirm account identity
video.upload — uploads video files to your account as a draft for your review before posting
video.publish — directly publishes approved videos to your TikTok profile on your behalf

We request only the permissions required to provide the Service. We do not access your TikTok followers, messages, analytics, or any data beyond what is listed above.

5. Data Retention

Access tokens are stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service. You may revoke access at any time through your TikTok account settings at tiktok.com/settings.

Data Deletion

To request deletion of all data StreamsPost holds about your account, email [email protected] with subject "Data Deletion Request." We will delete all stored tokens and usage logs within 7 business days and confirm by reply.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data. Access tokens and credentials are stored in encrypted form and accessed only by authorized systems.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Revoking TikTok API access through TikTok's settings will immediately invalidate any stored tokens.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
