StreamsPost is an automated content publishing tool that allows authorized users to schedule and publish video content to TikTok and other social media platforms on behalf of their connected accounts.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all content published through your connected accounts. You must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service when using this Service.
StreamsPost integrates with TikTok via the TikTok for Developers API. By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize StreamsPost to publish content on your behalf as permitted by your TikTok account settings and TikTok's platform policies.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of all content you publish through the Service. You grant Heart Holdings LLC a limited license to transmit your content to connected platforms as necessary to provide the Service.
You may not use the Service to publish spam, misinformation, illegal content, or any content that violates the terms of connected platforms. Automated posting of infringing content is strictly prohibited.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Heart Holdings LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Heart Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
